Returns and Exchanges
If you have purchased the wrong size, don’t stress! We offer exchanges up to 30 days after your item has arrived. Please contact us via email at sales@cartwrightco.com.au
If for any reason you are not satisfied upon receiving your order or simply change your mind you are free to return an item, as long as the item is in new, un-worn and in un-used condition with all tags attached within 7 days of receiving the item for a full refund, or 30 days for a credit voucher (excluding sale items).
**Please note we do not accept returns on items that have been purchased with a discount/promo code or items on sale for a refund, however you may exchange the size if needed or we will happily return for a credit note **
Delivery
**Delays may sometimes occur beyond our control and we will advise you if this happens where we can**
Orders are shipped from Sydney and will be delivered by FedEx
